Located 5 minutes from University Savoie-Mont-Blanc in Annecy-le-vieux and 15 minutes from Annecy's train station by bus, the residence offers 150 rooms and 8 fully furnished studios.
You will share the sanitary facilities with 3 other rooms and there are 2 kitchens on each floor.
You can also enjoy the collective spaces on the ground floor : a space with 2 table tennis tables, a TV room and a laundry open 24 hours a day.
The office is open 5 days a week and offers many services : administrative assistance, loan of equipment, receipt of packages, etc.

During the summer the residence offers short stays only to seasonal workers and vacationers. All contracts end at the end of August.

We offer bright 14m² furnished rooms :

You will share 1 toilet + 1 large shower with 3 other rooms and can use the 2 kitchens on each floor. A meticulous cleaning is carried out every morning by our teams.
You will be able to install in your room : a fridge, a kettle and/or a coffee machine.
You can also rent a refrigerated locker in the collective kitchens.
Studios are not available for rental.
